A3 Word Document doesn't show properly on screen

Hi

Please help, I have created an A3 Poster in Word, changed the printer to Microsoft XPS Document Writer, to allow me to view and take to a commercial printer to print. However, I have some amendments to make and followed the exact same process. The poster looks perfect however when I go to view it in the print mode ( I have again selects the Microsoft XPS printer) only this time the Colour poster which is red and parts of it in white. I had this problem initially but when I changed from my A4 printer to Microsoft XPS, the problem was solved, it was perfect to view on the print screen.

Can anyone advise what has changed and how I can fix it.
