Hi thanks for your prompt reply, I have Windows 11 and have the installed the recent update, Office 2019 is up to date. My PC had a Geforce RTX 2070 Video Card, I assume when I checked for for updates on Windows it would have updated the Drivers if they were out of date.

The problem still exists
