Delete trusted location which is greyed out
The list of trusted locations, under Trust Centre, includes an entry which is greyed out because it refers to a non-existent location. I am unable to select it for deletion.
It refers to a drive which no longer exists, so it would be very difficult to recreate it. Is there any way of deleting the entry (otherwise I will just live with it)? Using Office 2007 on Windows 10. Andy |

This is not hurting anything. You can ignore it.
You could map a folder as that drive letter, create the subfolder, and then remove it from trusted locations, but why bother? Then you would unmap the drive. |

Check the registry Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Offi ce\12.0\Word\Security\Trusted Locations

Thanks to you both for the suggestions.
In fact, the idea of allocating a drive letter worked quite easily and only lasted for the duration of the current logon. Andy |
