I am having the same problem. I was not the author of the original document and was having formatting issues. I recreated the document from scratch as the original author, and still have the same problem. When in "draft mode", it looks completely normal. When in "print mode" there are added spaces between paragraphs and at the tops of the pages. It will print exactly as shown in print mode, making the document look badly formatted and very unprofessional.
I have tried everything: Increasing/decreasing margins, turning on/off "keep with next" and "page break before". I have deselected "track changes" (which I need to show with change bars in left margin for the final printed document). This is frustrating me to no end. I have literally wasted hours trying to fix this problem to no avail. [Moderator's note - split from this thread.] |
