Whether you're using VBA makes no difference to the underlying issue. As I said quite clearly at Stack Overflow:

Word is a word processor, not a text editor. The best you can do in Word to minimise line-wrapping is to widen the page and/or reduce the margins.

You could also make the font smaller, but that's hardly the 'best' way to do this...
