Align Resume Text to Left AND Right Side of Page?

I had my resume reviewed and the reviewer suggests having each body of text aligned to the left and the right (see below for example). I'm not sure how to make this happen. Obviously I can get the left side aligned, but how does he get the right side aligned?

First attachment is what he wants. Second attachment is what I currently have.
