Word 2016 not able to print envelopes
When I first used the program, I was able to print envelopes, now the printer tells me I have the wrong size paper in the tray. I am using No. 10 envelopes. The printer is set for No. 10 envelopes. My husband's program (also Word 2016) has no issue printing the envelopes from his laptop, both are the same brand laptops. Any thoughts?
