Thanks, everyone. The PP direction was the best one. We finally found the PP file the original author used. This isn't a Word issue anymore. The whole video that this is part of looks like a Word document but this first bit is a separate PP slide. I don't see a way to mark this as resolved or answered, but it is. Thanks.
