We have a form we get our clients to sign but id like to try and make it digital rather than wet sign, ideally id like the client to type their full name in the Name Field then beside that a pen button they click and pops up with a message saying they agree with the content they then click OK and locks parts form and the time and date field next to it gets put in I have no idea where to start can anyone give me any advice?
