If you still have the original file, work with copies. If you do not mind sharing it, post a copy here. How to attach a screenshot or file in this forum. This likely indicates some form of document corruption. Is your document in .doc or .docx format?

I am very grateful for the reply charles.. I have the document both in .docx and .doc formats. Sorry, that I could not upload the file because I don't have the authority to do so.
