![]() Paul, or anyone else: I wanted to follow up on one of my other wishes and request another. In the gird sample, the bottom of the three comparables have a net adjustment %. The results are being rounded to the nearest whole number. I need to to be 1.22% instead of 1.00%, for example. Any suggestions on that? Also, and this might not even be possible, but here goes. Adjustments need to be made to all of the comparables for each line item. Right now, it's a very manual process. I wanted to see if some type of table could be made to automatically adjust, based on the dollar amount I need. And for that table to be "hidden" when the report is complete. For example, let's say Gross Living Area is adjusted at $35 per square foot. The difference between comp #1 and the subject is 500 sf (3000-2500). So the adjustment would be +17,500. Any suggestions on that as well would be appreciated. Also, as mentioned, I will make a donation to those assisting me once I get this finalized. Thanks again! |

Unlike your previous post, this one deserves a new thread. I do not know that I got the question title correct. Link to document attached before. |
