Default Select entire text and then de-select certain Headings?

Hey everyone,

What I am trying to do is change the font size of the smaller text, but I want to keep all the headings the same size as they already are, as shown.

Im wondering if there is a quicker way than going through all 100 pages and doing it by hand? Any help would be really appreciated.
