Your form works here also. However there is only one form field no matter how many lines of bullets are entered.
Personally I would use rich text content controls - see attached Content controls do not require the form to be locked, but if you add editors to the controls, you can protect as read only and the form will work in the same manner.

Hi,
Thanks for the answer @gmayor. I have tried your version, that worked fine. But I also have a couple of old documents that already have these kind of form fields. I prefer not change these documents. I would really like to know why it is just in my computor, is it some kind of setting I have changed somewhere? |
