Word does not have any styles for pictures or other objects. (The included style types are paragraph styles, character styles, table styles and list styles.)
For objects such as shapes or text boxes, you can create a "sample" which is formatted in the way you want and then save it as an AutoText entry for easy re-use. You can do something similar with a picture: insert it in a document and add any borders, effects etc. that you want. Finally save it as an AutoText entry.
