Problem with printing to pdf option

Here is a screenshot from Print Preview of your document, which has a Black Page Color under the Design tab:

I changed the page color to white and added a margin-to-margin textbox in the Header. It is set to be behind text. I've attached that document.

Here is a temporary link to the pdf produced using Microsoft Print to PDF which tells me that I need to expand the text box a bit. I have no real explanation for why one works and the other does not.
