I was using Dark Mode which created some UI issues. I switched to Colorful to avoid some confusion.
When I Exported your document as a PDF, the PDF was white text on a full page of black.
When I used the Print>> using the Microsoft PDF Printer, the result was a mostly white page except for the object boxes. This matched the view of Dark Mode.
