For future reference, you can use a scroll wheel on a mouse with the Ctrl key pressed to zoom in & out. You may find this useful at times.

How do I then set 'preferences' so that no matter what document I open it will always be displayed as (say) FULL PAGE.
I am setting this with a document open but then when I open it again later it reverts back to the old display method.
