Hello all and thanks for the forum.
My issue is the following: When using an apostrophe to shorten a word--or a number/year--the first click on the apostrophe (quotation key) curves to the right rather than, correctly, to the left. You can't see it as typed here, you just get a straight line basically, i.e. '90s. But I can paste it in from a Word doc: This-- ‘bout Vs.-- ’bout Any way around having to type the quote mark twice and go back and delete the redundant one--many times? |
