You have to redact screenshots, as you have here.
You can use the Inspect Document tool at File > Info to remove private information, but that does REMOVE it, not just hide it. 00 deleteme 10.png
P.S. Your profile is showing 2010 rather than 2019. You should change that to get the best answers in the future.
