I have tried on my laptop which is setup with the same Microsoft identity and on the same 365 and it works fine with no table showing. I'm stumped!

Stranger! I have just opened the file I attached on the laptop and it just shows a blank page, the table only appears when opened on my desktop word programme even after reinstalling
