Default Redact a pdf copy/pasted into word

Is there any better way to redact lines in a pdf that has been copy/pasted into a word doc than the multiple clicks it takes to insert a text box, make it white, and no outlines? Started a new role at work and this is unbelievably inefficient in the number of clicks it takes to do some things.
