Thanks for the quick response. However, it's not exactly what I want, coz ALL changes is tracked. Only certain sentences I need to edit whereas the rest will remain, as the documents are similar but not 100% the same.


It's just that there are a total of maybe 10 documents that I need to edit, where some clauses are general clauses, and the rest are specific to the document itself. So it's quite a pain to look at both documents and change it one by one. Thought there may be a way to just copy and paste all the general clauses over and send it to the individuals and they each can track the changes of their specific document.
