Find and Replace and add colon and space

Hello

I have the following dates for example:

7/1/21
7/2/21
7/3/21

I would like to append a colon and a space after each date. No space between the date and the colon. The space is after the colon.
7/1/21:
7/2/21:

7/3/21:

Can you tell me please how to go about it?
