Hi I suspect this is a simple fix, but I'll be buggered if I can work it out, and Ive already spent too much time on this. And it's Bugging the Crap out of me! ![]() I have been sent a long document to review, comment and amend for publication and it contains a load of Comments by the author and several other reviewers which I need to resolve. The comments do not show by the normal route of ensuring that Review / Show Markup / and ensuring the Comments item is ticked. The only way the comments show is to toggle the Show/ Hide paragraph marks button on the Paragraph group on the Home tab. Is there a way to make the Comments show without all the non-printing characters as well? It's a preference thing, but I find all the non-printing stuff distracting. Thanks in advance. Dave |
