Thank you, but when I go there and do that the whole navigation pain is empty!
(even though i get a toc at the beginning of the doc!)

Is there a way I can capture the screen and upload the capture somewhere in one easy click so I can show those captures in the forum??

The Navigation Pane will only show paragraphs that have an outline level. The TOC can be configured to show other things.

When the navigation pane opens, there are controls immediately under the search box. (see attachment)

The default is Results; If you open the Navigation pane directly, instead of going through the Find function, the pane will be blank. Change it to Headings, and you should be good.
