This is not how indexing works in Word. It does not refer to styles. It refers to index entries, only. It only gives a reference to the page on which the entry is found.



You could have dual-level entries that would have a heading of "Immune Disorders" and list entries that have that as a top-level setting of "Immune Disorders."
