The way I do it is to create my template in the "Documents\Custom Office Templates" folder and then put a shortcut on the desktop that points to it. In my case I wanted to see a non-white paper colour because white is too glaring so I named my template "Palegreen.dotm". All I have to do then is double-click on the shortcut. Simple. |
