I suspect you need to re-register Word so the file associations are fixed.
If you open Word first and then in Word choose File > Open can you open the document?

Thanks for the response. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled it. Nothing have changed. This is not the association problem, as I may see. If I choose File > Open then I can select file, push "Open" and get "file is not available" message. I have noticed one more strange thing: if I choose File > New I can get blank document. But if I select any template I still get blank document. Very strange thing. |
