Remove lines in the corner of the document

Hi, I was trying to remove these lines that appeared in the corner of the documents, but could not find how to anywhere, tried everything I could think of. Anyone know how to remove this?

Click the Office Button > Word Options > Advanced > Show document content > Uncheck ‘Show crop marks’ > OK.
