I have come across a new development.

I was, once again, trying to get an new Word document to open by clicking on the New Document Box near the top left hand corner of the screen. I did this multiple times and suddenly a new Word document appeared.

After playing with this new document I closed the document by clicking on the cross in the top right hand corner of the screen. I was presented with another new document, which I closed as described before. I had to repeat this many times before all the documents were closed.

So clicking on the New Document Box does open a new document by for some reason this is not being displayed by the computer!!!
