How to change language of menu bar?

Got as a gift a French speaking Sony Vaio with Windows 10 and Office 2007. I was able to change most of the other language settings but not of the Menu Bar of Office Word and Excel. Any suggestion?

If I remember well you will need a Language Pack; you can download it from here: LINK
Never tested it with Windows 10.

Install an Office language accessory pack from Language Accessory Pack for Office.
