You helped me a lot. With your information I found a way to search and replace the the "Unicode Character 'Zero Width Space' (U+200B).
I opened the search and replace (Ctrl + H) and typed (using the numeral keyboard): Alt+8203 on the search box and the character to be replace in the replace box.
Worked like a breeze.
I also found more info in: Unicode Character 'ZERO WIDTH SPACE' (U+200B)
It will save me hundreds of hours if I had to find one by one and replace by hand.
