I'm trying to create a template for a Fax letter. Page 1 is the Fax coversheet, Page 2 has the "first page letterhead" and Pages 3-N, have the "second page letterhead."
What's the right way to do this? Thanks. |

I would finish the first page with a 'Next Page Section Break' and have section 2 (the second page onwards) set to not have a 'Different First Page' in the Page Setup.
Then it is a case of editing the headers and footers as you want them.
