Can't Get Rid of Line
Hi everyone.
It's been a while since I've been on this forum and I am hoping that someone might be able to help me figure out how to remove a thick black line from a court document that I have in Microsoft Word. I was sent a copy of a court form last year by the court. I am trying to modify it so I am prepared to file it with the court (if I have to). I however have run across a thick black line near the bottom of the first page that I cannot figure out how to remove from the document.
I don't want that line there as it makes the document look bad and it somehow needs to be removed from the document, I however have not been able to figure out how to remove it from the document. I'm hoping that someone here might know how to remove that thick black line from the bottom of the document. For reference I have attached a copy of the document so that people can see what I am talking about and referring to.
I need to remove that line from the document and if possible I wouldn't mind closing up the gap in the signature area as well. Ideally I want to keep as much of this stuff on one page (if I can).
If anyone knows how to remove that thick black line from the bottom of the document, then I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know what the procedures are for doing that.
