Why comma and percentage sign sticks out on the right

In Word, adding a blank paragraph and omitting that paragraph before copying and pasting into a new, blank document did not work for you?

That suggests that the problem exists in the Normal template as well.

Have you ever had any settings for Asian languages enabled in Word/Office?

That is right. Asian languages (Chinese) is enabled in my computer. In Word, it can also read Asian language.
