I tried selecting all of the document (Ctrl-A) and copying it into a new blank document. It asked "Recording Clipboard style sheet will require copying many styles.Do you want to use Normal style instead?": If I say No it will copy it but again it has the New comment problem. If I say yes then the new comment button will work. I have tried changing the width of the box to be smaller/larger but this did not solve the problem.
