Hello,

I have many documents and I am always able to go to Review and press New comment and this comes up with a comment box next to my text. However, I have one document that I wrote myself that does not react to the New comments button. The button is not grayed out but when it is pressed the text in my main document becomes highlighted. There is no comment box (balloon?). I have sent the document to someone with the latest Word and they have the same response.

Word 2010 Windows 10.
