Question Formatting changes original/user workstations

I have set up several "Template" pages within MS Word 2003 that we are using in a Proposal System to merge with client data and am having trouble with the formatting changing between what was saved in the original template and what opens on individual workstations when they select the pages. Mostly, I'm dealing with table cell justification changing. I have most text filled cells set in the templates as "left justify" and when the Account Rep's merge the client data with the template, some of the cells are changing to "justify", spacing everything out equally from left to right. Because these documents can be lengthy, it is a real pain for the Rep's to cell align the cells that are coming over wrong. Also, I've noticed some line spacing differences. The templates are set up with the line space set to 1 and some cells are coming through with 1 1/2 line spacing, or even 1 1/2 line spacing in part of the cell and 1 in the rest. Can anyone suggest what I might have wrong in the templates, or what I may have to adjust, per workstation, for the templates to open in their Word environment correctly?

Thanks,

Lisa
