Is there a way to only highlight 3 or 4-letter abbreviations in Word?

I use MS Office 2016.
I trade stocks and I belong to a chatroom that records people's chats in Word document.
I was wondering if I could highlight all the 3 or 4 letter stock symbols which are usually like ex) ABC or ABCD.
