I have Word from Office 365. When I attempt to open Word or a word document I get the message "The function you are attempting to run contains macros or content that requires macro language support. When this software was installed you (or your administrator) chose not o install support for macros or controls."
I have been using Office 365 with no problems until now. When this error occurs the word document disappears from my screen. I googled this and most advice seems to pertain to Word 2007. What do I do? |

I eliminated all add-ins. I don't get the error anymore, but now when I open Word in regular or safe mode it closes within three seconds.
