There is no Tools menu in Word for Windows 2016. There is a Ribbon with various tabs that have the same function for the most part. You can add a tab to the Ribbon that has the traditional menus. Ribbon Menu Control - Classic UI tab - by Greg Maxey Search the page for "Classic UI" and download that template. Place it in your Word Startup Folder.
