Thank you for your response. I tried again, several times, and I keep running up against the same problem. I've made snapshots for you to see the dialog box and what my choices are. As you'll see, I get two options: At the top, to choose "end of section" (per the instructions), but at the bottom, there is also the option to choose "whole document" or "this section," then it indicates "apply" or "insert" not "OK," (per the instructions). I've entered apply.


I've consistently chosen "end of section," but not sure which one I should choose for the second option. Further, once I've completed all of the steps, the end matter doesn't appear AFTER the endnotes on my Table of Contents, PLUS, it indicates the endnotes start on page 2, rather than the end of the document (see snapshot).
