My reply did not post earlier…trying again…
Charles, I cannot tell that any of my F keys work like a Windows F keys…I tried the Opt+F11 and it controls my volume. I don't see a Fn key on my Mac keyboard…I have control, alt/option, and command keys on my Mac keyboard. I tried various combinations of them with F11 and still don't get anything. I searched HELP for Developer Tab and was told to:
Select Customize Ribbon.
Under Main Tabs, select the Developer checkbox, and then choose OK.

I am totally lost…under the FILE tab at the top left of the Word screen, I do not see an OPTIONS tab to access the Developer Tab to search for "Visual Basic."
