source: word file having many subject headings each subject having several paras.
Each subject is complete and independent topic. I want to sort these bundles, A to Z for ease of locating a topic starting with its first word. I have added an ID XXX at start of each such topic. Now can I sort paras of each topic as a bundle like XXX aaa, XXX aba ... in ascending order? What I am doing now is that I am creating a list of topics by copying which I sort, but it is too much of work. Pls help. Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 06-30-2020 at 08:40 AM.
