Create a Mapped Content Control for your Client Name.
Repeating Data Using Document Properties Content Controls and Other Mapped Content Controls
Select that and copy it. Paste where appropriate. A change in one location will change in all.
Same with phone number.

Save your document as a template or you are asking for problems down the road with someone having made unauthorized changes.
