Default Can a link within the same document automatically change it's name based on the document's name?

Hello,

I have an area of a document linked on to another as a duplicate. The problem is that if the document's name changes, the link's path has to change or it is not valid anymore. Assuming the path is always the same, would it be possible the change the link's document name if the document's name itself changes?

Thank you in advance.
