As I mentioned the issue is that Word 2016 is not recognizing Spell Check on the File, Options, Proofing. So I am hoping you could resolve this issue. If not is there a toll free phone number for Microsoft Help and is their Help free. Microsoft virtual Help did not have an answer.

I reloaded Word 2016 but it did not resolve the issue.
