Default

Here is a macro:
Code:
Sub SnapToGridOff()
'
' SnapToGridOff Macro
' Turns Snap to Grid off
'
    Application.Options.SnaptoGrid = False
End Sub

Run the macro and then close and reopen Word.
Does the setting stick?

If not, rename the macro AutoExec and put it in your normal.dot template.
