Insert Equation?

Otherwise a two-row, one-column table in-line with text, but that is not as simple to do.

Thanks Charles,

I tested your trick but not good I think, because time consuming and not beautiful.

You could put either the Equation or the table in a Building Block for easy re-use with a keyboard shortcut or a QAT button.

Where can Building Blocks be stored?

Is there any other solution?
Table and Equation is not good for my notes.

I don't think there is a visually appealing way to show info like this if you keep the 'hidden term' on screen all the time. Having it sit under the line will not help the visual flow of the content on the page. This would be better to display when the user hovers their cursor over the term. I would make use of the hyperlink functionality to display a popup.

To have a look at what this looks like type your line of text and select the text eg 'World Wide Web' and press Ctrl-K to open the Hyperlink dialog. In that dialog, click the Screentip button and add the acronym that you want to see when you hover over the text (www). You won't be able to actually insert this hyperlink unless you add something to the address field but it doesn't have to be a valid url (you can just put in a couple of random characters if the link doesn't matter).

You can find code to let you easily use the hover-pop-up hyperlink solution Andrew mentions at Add Screen Tips to Text in Word by Lene Fredborg, MVP.

Thanks Guessed. Your solution is good, but I want to make pdf file or print to present it.
Can I do this trick in any other software like PowerPoint or Google Docs as easy as I can?

Try it and see what you get when you convert to pdf. Since it is a standard hyperlink feature, it may well transfer. Please let us know.

I created a pdf file in Word 2016 and hyperlink work like a charm and this method is very good when you don't want print to sheets. I want to print my documents.
Download pdf file test with hyperlink -> Gofile

Also I checked a comment method in Word and this is good but I can't organise comment section like size and move to other part of paper.
