Hi All
First post here and am sure this is really easy but I cannot find the correct thing to search in google to give me the answer. I am trying to create an electronic form to be sent and then returned, in the original paper form, I have a part where I have Yes/No? I would like this to be a clickable box of some sort, when clicked once it turns into a green circle around the Yes, when clicked again a red circle around the no and clicked again returns to standard. Hopefully someone will have a link to this from another question so nobody has to work on this. Thanks in advance Darren |
